Guerlain's goal was to develop long-term customer loyalty.
Organization of a private shopping event by inviting Chinese personal shoppers and KOLs in the main Guerlain boutique on the Champs Elysées in Paris.
The event was organized so that KOLs could share powerful and positive images about the brand in order to increase their loyalty and therefore their audience loyalty.
Guerlain also organized exclusive discounts for evening attendees and provided product customization services.
